Verification of the Testing methodology according to international practices and standards on a real project

The aim of this thesis is to verify the Testing methodology according to international practices and standards which was created and published by Iveta Králová in her thesis in 2013. In order to achieve this goal multiple partial goals have been set. In the theoretical part the basic concepts used in this thesis are identified and described and also the Test methodology according to international practices and standards is introduced. The practical part focuses on other sub-objectives. First, the project on which the Methodology was verified is introduced. Then the way in which the Methodology was verified is described followed by the actual realization of verification. After that the adjustments and modifications of the Methodology are recommended. The outcome of this thesis is to evaluate whether Testing methodology according to international practices and standards is usable on a real project. The contribution of this thesis is to confront corporate software testing processes with international standards and practices which helps to optimize and improve the processes in a particular company. Another contribution are recommendations for amendments to the Methodology.
Verification of methodology MMSP - Test analysis and design on real task

Bachelor thesis Verification of methodology MMSP - Test analysis and design on real task verifies usability of extended methodology for small software project (MMSP) - Test Analysis and design. This methodology is verified on a real task: Implementation of discount for current account. Usability of methodology is evaluated in terms of whether it is possible to use this methodology to develop a test analysis and design on real task. In a first part of the thesis is described basics of testing, differences between testing environments, types of testing data and the end of the chapter is about the psychology of testing. In the practical part of the thesis is done the test analysis and design based on MMSP - Test analysis and design. Further part of the thesis is a recommendation towards the Cenotvorba project on which the request is implemented. At the end of the thesis are summarized the achieved results and benefits of the work.
Verification methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI

This study is focused on web services testing with SoapUI tool, particularly on verification methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI. The main objective of this thesis is to verify the methodology. Specific goals include introduction to basic concepts and principles related to web services, a description of the testing process including types of the tests and specifics of testing web services, introduction of methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI, practical verification of the methodology on the real information system and a suggestion of how to adapt the methodology on the basis of the verification. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge of the web services technology and web services testing. Especially it is devoted to description of the methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI and to the introduction of the SoapUI tool. The practical part consists of the introduction of the test system in Česká pojišťovna, a. s. and Generali pojišťovna, a. s., where the methodology is verified. Next the methodology for Web services testing with SoapUI is verified. Based on this verification, there are suggestions of how to adapt or extend the methodology.
